Bruce Lathrop has a broad government contracts practice representing and advising clients in virtually any government contract matter.  He has represented contractors in a number of industries with compliance programs, technical data rights, contract administration, negotiations, cost accounting, preparing contract claims, internal investigations, and litigation.  Bruce has appeared before the California Office of Administrative Hearings, the General Accountability Office, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.  He has represented aerospace/defense, industrial supply, and concession contractors in matters involving the Departments of the Navy, Air Force, and Army; the National Park Service; the U.S. Forest Service; and state and local agencies.  He has also assisted clients in subcontract matters.  Representative matters include:
